Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information my take up to 24-48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order my be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives, damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist.
Backorders & Preorders
If your order includes a backordered or preordered item, the entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise requested.
